HR: Why would that bother me? It’s my best feature. Besides… if they’re still looking after five minutes, I’m doing something right.
KR: You’re called Hammered Rose, but your surface isn’t actually hammered, is it?
HR: No. Precision-cut to look hammered. Some things only appear effortless after someone puts in a ridiculous amount of work.
KR: You seem comfortable being understated.
HR:That’s because I don’t confuse being loud with being memorable.
KR: What kind of person do you naturally get along with?
HR: Someone who appreciates quality without needing everyone else to notice it. Confidence looks good on both of us.
KR: You don’t rely on exotic materials or bright colors. Was that intentional?
HR: Absolutely. If your personality needs fireworks, we probably won’t be spending much time together.
KR: Your finish changes every time the light moves. Which version is the real you?
HR: All of them. Depends on how close you’re looking… and who’s doing the looking.
KR: People often describe you as “warm.” How do you respond to that?
HR: That’s kind of them. I try not to leave anyone cold.
KR: What surprises people once they finally pick you up?
HR: Usually the weight. Then they smile. I’ve learned not to take that personally.
KR: You look handcrafted, but you’re built with incredible precision. Is that contradiction important?
HR: I prefer “well balanced.” Refined enough for dinner. Tough enough for everything that happens afterward.
KR: Twenty years from now, what do you hope people say about you?
HR: “Still fits.” That’s a compliment in more ways than one.
