The King Rings Team of Two (about us) is occasionally away from their office for reasons of business or pleasure. Now is one of those times but don’t let that stop you from finding the perfect ring for you or someone you care about.

Can You Order Products Now? Yes! All orders placed during our Out-Of-Office period will be processed on or after September 22nd. We expect to come back to a large stack of work so please allow us a few days to get through the pending orders. You will be notified by email when your product ships.
Can We Be Reached? Yes! Well, probably. We will not have access to any office resources but will still be online frequently. Use our Contact form or email us directly, we will respond when time allows.

Returns: If you have an item to return to us, send an email to let us know and then hang onto it. We will contact you as soon as possible with instructions for the return.
Missing Mail: USPS often takes much longer to deliver than expected and tracking is not always reliable. In MOST cases, they eventually deliver but if your mail is still lost on September 22nd we will evaluate and send replacement product as necessary. Rest assured, we’ll make sure you get what you paid for, no matter what.
