Where Are the Rings?
|
|
Despite our best efforts, we are still struggling to keep up with demand. There are 3 separate jewelers crafting c-rings for us at this point but, every time we get a fresh batch, the rings disappear quickly. The more we get, the more we sell, and every month we are setting new sales records. That's good for us but not so good for you, we understand and expect the supply side might improve soon.

Get Notified Immediately!

NEW FEATURE! Out of stock items now provide an option to get notified by email immediately when they are back in stock. These notices go out in real time as we update ring quantities, this is a great new feature if you are patiently waiting for your favorite style to be available again.

This is NOT a wait list or method to reserve rings and in no way guarantees you will get the product. You WILL have the same opportunity to respond as everyone else though - it is equal opportunity.

It may be obvious but we'll say it anyway, this feature is only available for rings currently listed in the store - rings once offered but no longer in stock. You cannot be notified this way when we add NEW sizes to existing styles or introduce new ring styles. Please continue to rely on our Newsletter for this type of information.

New Shipping Options!
|
|
|
USPS has been our preferred courier since we started business in 2018 - they are the only company which delivers to every address every day and has access to leave mail in your mailbox. USPS has a storied history and deserves our financial support but OMG ... they are having some serious trouble lately.

|
FedEx is now available at checkout for U.S. customers. We have negotiated rates with FedEx and subsidize the shipping cost to make it more reasonable. You may choose from a variety of services ranging from Ground to Overnight.

|
|
DHL Express is now available at checkout for International shipments - leaving the U.S.. Our negotiated rates with DHL are quite good and delivery is quick. This service costs about twice as much as USPS but is 10x quicker and 100x better.

|
These rings are the freshest we have! It is a small batch, there are very few of each. If you already signed up for email notifications (as described above) then this information may be redundant.
