Ring Of The Month
|
|
|
On the first Saturday of every month, one ring gets singled out. In May, that ring is Flash - a truly striking piece whose subtle character may be something you've missed.
|
|
|
It's heavy, built to last, and has an artistically inspired cut which echoes organic patterns found in nature. Think snakeskin, but near diamond hard.
|
|
|

The Reserve
|
|
Sometimes, something unexpected turns out better than planned.
|
|
The Reserve is where those pieces land; one-offs, prototypes, and limited builds that don’t fit the standard lineup but deserve a place in some lucky guy's collection.
|
|
|
This month, we ended up with something we didn’t set out to make, a one-off tungsten ring with gold shoulders and a shifting band of color that makes it far more interesting than it has any right to be.
|
|
In our most common size: 48mm

For the next 24 hours, you can enter to acquire this unique piece. There is no rush and no advantage to being first. When the window closes, the ring will be offered to one of those who entered.

Personal Notes

|
Not everything we offer starts out as a finished idea. Not every idea makes it to the finish. The gulf between what can be imagined and what can be produced at scale is wide.
|
|
|
Sometimes a design or a specific piece takes a turn along the way and ends up in a different place than expected. Every now and then, that version is the one that works better.
|
|
|
We don’t go looking for that, but we’ve learned not to ignore it when it happens. This month's Reserve piece is an example of that and it has already led us to explore directions we might not have otherwise considered.
|
|
|
Flash, too, came from an improvised tweak during a production run. The ring you find in our store is not what we set out to make, it's an evolved version. You can find more about this on the May Ring of the Month page.

|
That seems to be the through line this month: flexibility and an openness to embrace the unexpected can lead to truly remarkable results. That's true in business and in life.
