Ring Of The Month
|
|
|
On the first Saturday of every month, one ring steps into the spotlight — not because it is loud, but because it rewards a closer look. For April, that ring is Thunder Rose.
|
|
|
Copper is key, which is part of what makes this finish interesting. People hear “rose gold” and tend to imagine something softer than it is. Thunder Rose is not soft. It is structured, substantial, and unapologetically masculine.
|
|
|
Thunder Rose takes the architecture of Thunder and shifts its tone. Built from surgical stainless steel and finished in rose gold, it introduces a warmth that most men’s rings never attempt. That color changes the whole read. The geometry is still there, the weight is still there, the precision is still there, but the result carries a more refined presence.

The Reserve is where those pieces land; one-offs, prototypes, and limited builds that don’t fit the standard lineup but deserve a place in the world.

This month, we leaned all the way into color. Rainbow PVD over tungsten carbide - not paint, not a surface treatment that wears off, but a bonded finish that shifts with the light. Purple, green, gold, never quite the same twice. Subtle in some light and impossible to ignore in others.

|
A Change to How We Sell
|
|
If you have followed The Reserve recently, you know these tend to disappear very quickly. Faster than they should. It turned into a race; timing, refreshes, and a little luck - that’s not how we want to do this.
|
|
|
For the next 24 hours, you can enter for the piece you want. There is no rush and no advantage to being first. When the window closes, each ring is allocated from those who entered.
|
|
|

Personal Notes

Over the past couple months, something interesting has been happening.
|
|
|
The Reserve started as a quiet place for one-offs and experiments - pieces that didn’t fit the standard lineup but were too good to ignore. We didn’t promote it heavily. We didn’t expect it to move quickly. It did anyway.
|
|
|
Lately, those pieces have been disappearing almost as soon as they go live. In some cases, before our newsletter had even finished sending. One gentleman told us he stayed up all night refreshing the page so he wouldn’t miss it. He fell asleep about an hour before we published, and the rings were gone when he woke up.
|
|
|
That’s not the experience we’re trying to create.
|
|
|
We want these pieces to feel considered. Something you take a moment to look at, think about, and decide on - not something you chase. So we made a change.
|
|
|
The Reserve still carries the same kinds of pieces - limited, one-off, and not coming back - but how you get them is different. Less urgency, less guesswork, and a fair shot for anyone paying attention.
|
|
|
Behind the scenes, there are other pressures we’re managing as well. Materials and manufacturing have not been standing still, and neither have costs. We’ve held our pricing steady for a long time because we think it matters. When that changes, we’ll be straightforward about it.
|
|
|
For now, the focus is simple: make the right things, and present them the right way.
|
|
