"As great as the quality is, I would like to focus more on the process. Scott does a wonderful job. Absolutely take advantage of ordering a sizing kit. You get all the sizes so that you make sure to order the correct size. I was concerned because I thought that I was going to need a 60mm and maybe even a 62mm. I emailed Scott, we started off with the sizing kit and although I was nervous 58mm was not too small and not too big. Scott followed up with a email after I ordered the kit and again when it arrived to make sure I wasn't having issues figuring out the correct size. Once I ordered my first ring, the same thing. I got a confirmation email from Scott that was not automated and again when it was delivered. It was truly and exceptional experience and it gave me confidence that I ordered the correct size."
